We wanted to let you know about the amazing service our client received from Pembridge insurance, even though she wasn't insured with them anymore!
Pembridge has gone above and beyond with the service they provide to our clients.
Saturday evening, our client was rear-ended in Toronto while on a trip out of town. She called Pembridge Insurance because she thought she had her car insurance with them. Our client had forgotten that together we had just switched her insurance to a different insurance company, Royal & Sun Alliance. Even though Pembridge no longer insured her, they provided their expertise and took excellent care of her. They had our client's vehicle towed to a trusted repair shop and helped her to arrange a rental vehicle. Pembridge chose to help our client through a very stressful situation and then forward the details to the correct insurance company as soon as possible. When Royal and Sun Alliance received the claim on Monday, they didn't miss a beat. Our client's claim was seamlessly transferred to RSA and the claim has gone very smoothly. We are pleased beyond words that our client received such incredible service from two of the insurance companies we represent.
